Frequently asked questions from our customers.
Q - Does your process leave a residue?
A - No! The resoiling rate is reduced. However with with lesser cleaning processes it's very different due to chemical residues left in your carpet after cleaning. With our process the ph is neutral which means there is no soil attracting residues left behind.
Q - Is your process safe for my home or business?
A - Yes! Our cleaning process is safe. Most products used in homes and businesses are store bought and can potentially be dangerous if not used properly. Our products are being used in hospitals & healthcare facilities nationwide. Our process leaves no irritating residues or toxic chemicals. We actually increase the indoor air quality in homes & businesses when we clean.
Q - How long does it take to dry?
A - Usually rooms are ready to use soon after cleaning. A normal range of dry time is from 30 to 60 minutes. This does vary due to density of fibers and degree of soiling, weather, humidity, air movement & room temperature.
Q - Will cleaning damage my carpet or furniture?
A - Not with our process. Fiber damage resulting from cleaning is not the fault of cleaning itself, it's caused from harsh methods, super heated water, residue-laden chemicals, detergents and poor quality workmanship. We here at DryDrs.com are trained educated according to the industry standards for cleaning and restoration.
Q - Will all my stains come out?
A - Most come out with our cleaning process, but we cannot guarentee that all stains will be removed. You can be sure that our technicians will treat all persistant stains, removing any that are not permanent. When a stain is judged to be permanent, our technicians have the ability to use special treatment methods that they will discuss with you depending on your needs.
Q - What can be done to maintain the appearence & extend the life of my textiles?
A - We offer Fiber Protection depending on fabric type (synthetic, natural, etc.). Our treatment bonds to each individual fiber, thus reducing the ability for dirt, grease and staining materials to attach themselves and become permanent (similar to non-stick coating on kitchenware). Vacuuming and spot cleaning will be easier and the life of the fibers will be extended allowing you to enjoy your investment longer.
